- Check for missing roofing materials (shingles, tiles, metal roofing panels, etc.)
- Check for sagging spots in your roof
- Check for missing vents that could have been blown off by wind.
- Check to see if any of your metal flashing has been damaged or blown off by wind.
- Check for damage on your roofing material (missing granules on shingles, cracks in tile from falling branches, bent metal panels, etc.)
- Check for fallen or moved downspouts/gutter systems.
- Look for areas that are either icier/wetter or drier than others. There could be insulation problems in these areas.
